Pyaz : 2 Adad
Tamtar : 5 Adad
Dahi : Phainta Hua
Lehsan : 2 Khanay Ke Chaamch
Lal Mirch : 1 Chaamch (Pissi Hui)
Haldi : 1 Khanay Ka Chamach
Sufed Zeera Aur Taizpaat : Hasb E Zauq
Cooking Oil : Hasb E Zarorat
Karahi mein oil ko 4 se 5 minute garam karke taiz paat dalein. Aik minute baad pyaz daal dain aur
halka sa naram hone tak fry karen. Adrak lehsan, haldi aur zeera daal kar 2 se 3 minute tak chamach chalain aur phir tamatar daal dain. Achi tarha mila kar namak aur laal mirch shamil karen aur tamataron ko mukamal galne tak pakain aur phir gosht aur dahi daal kar achi tarha milain aur dhak kar halki aanch par itni dair pakain ke ghee alag nazar aane lage. Hari mirchen, hara dhania, adrak, garam masala daal kar halki aanch par 5 se 7 minute dum rakh kar chulhe se utar lain.
