Ingredients:-

Khuli Paneer : (Cottage) 
70 Garam : 1/3 Ya 4 Teaspoon
Khoya 500 Garam : 1/2 2 Cup
Maida : 60 Garam 
60 Garam :  4 Teaspoon
Baking Powder (Meetha Soda) : 2/3 Khane Ke Chamach 3 Garam 
Pani 500 Mili Liter : 1/2 2 Cup
Cheeni : 1 Kilo : 5 Cup
Pistay (Chilay Hue aur Bareek Katay Hue) : 5 Teaspoon  25 Garam 
Zafran (15 Mili Liter Doodh Mein Hal Shuda) : 1/4 Teaspoon 1 Garam
Choti Elaichi : 1/2 Teaspoon 2 Garam
Fry Karne Ke Liye Oil 500 Mililiter : 1/2 2 Cup

Recipe :-


Khoye mein paneer mila kar aik creamy shakal ka mixture bana lain. Soday aur maiday ko chaan kar khoye ke amazay mein mila dain aur achi tarah goond lein. Phir isay 20 aik jese pairon mein taqseem kar lein aur dhak kar rakh dain. Aik sauce pan mein pani aur cheeni ka sheera tayar kar lein. Pistay, doodh mein hal shuda zafran aur elaichi ke powder ko aik garha paste bana lain aur isay 20 parts mein taqseem kar lein phir har peray ko paneer ke aik peray se mix kar lein aur dobara peray ki shakal dein.Phir tail mein garam karen aur in peron ko fry ker ke sunehri yani golden rang kar lein. Ab inko chamach se nikal kar sheeray mein daal dain aur 1 se 2 ghante tak sheerey mein para rehne dein. Sheere ke sath garam garam paish karen ya phir fridge mein rakh kar thanda kar ke serve karen dono tarike theek hain.
