Sab se pehle tail garam karke masala sabit aur payaz dalein. Halka brown hone par adrak lehsan aur chicken shamil kar dain saath he tamatar, hari mirch, dahi, hara dhaniya, pudina, lal mirch, namak daal kar pakain aur jifel jotri bhi shamil kar dain. Bhon jane ke bad alag rakh dain. Ab chawal 2 Kani ubal kar nithaar lain aur teh laga lain. Sab se upar doodh mein ghula hua zafran dalein phir tali hui payaz dalin kaju laein aur dam par rakh dain. Ab Chulha band kar dain aur chawalon ke upar hara dhaniya chirak dain. Raita aur Salad ke sath paish karen.
